1944: "This is our busiest day of the year.  Took Jackie Rothe along to deliver presents to the doctors and to Fathers Bastian, Ott, Courtney also Sisters at St. Vincent's and St. John's.  Sister Genevieve introduced Sister Edgar the new superior at St. Vincent's.  I'm so tired this evening that I could not go back to work, my first evening out this month." [from A.
