1941: "Thres goes to town for Red Cross work, visited Clara Lemke at Mercy Hospital. Brought Emma Siewert back with her. Bill came for the the evening. Harry Kujawa, Agnes, Mary, Johnnie, and Eugene Baldwin and Mrs. Margaret Baldwin came over from Berlin to do some fishing. Tried many places but no luck. They say they do not have the right kind of bait. Well, may be they are right. Bill and Emma staid over the night. Beautiful moonlight. I get to bed at 3 A.M." [from A. E. Potter's diaries]
1955: "Fred & Loretta Baumgartner, Art & Margaret Mueller leave for points East this morning. Had company at the office this morning; Sisters Mathilda and Alverna, their first look. Franz Stampfer is in to see about permission to get work in Milwaukee for Bucyrus. The new Butte des Morts bridge is opened to traffic. It is quite an affair. The governor, Walter Kohler, is here for the dedication. We have more company at the house tonite; Karl, Margaret, Gail, Jimmy Radomski; Mrs. Theodore (Anna Drexler) Rose Gittings from Chicago, Harry and Agnes Kujawa. Quite a reunion." [from A. E. 2000: Donald A. Potter, Sr. son of A.E. and Theresa Potter dies at age 72.

I am the Gail Radomski mentioned in this entry! Aunt Tres was my Grandma Anna's sister and Great Uncle Al Potter was my godfather!
