March 5

1942: "Well my Plymouth came back today after Joe Weisheipl Sr. had it for 11 days making 371 miles. Kenny Kunde is in town on a furlough, he is located in New York. He takes Naomi Mueller out tonite. Moscow Russia is bombed tonite by the Germans. After 12 o'clock tonite no typewriters are allowed to be sold or delivered. Anton & Mary Paulick 741 11h St. are taken to Jefferson Barracks near St. Louis by Eddie Paulick to see their son Bobbie who is in the radio naval division. 1953: "Paid last respects to Josephine Kinsler this morning. She is laid to rest, services at St. John's Church. Joe Baier has a sudden sick spell this afternoon, a very upset stomach. Hope it isn't his old stomach and ulcer upset. I attend the special meeting of the executive committee and directors of the "Oshkosh Centennial Corporation.
