1952: "City wide Holy Name Communion at St. Peter's this morning about 300 present. Father Hogan has the service. Worked this morning and part of the afternoon. Also to Stations at 1:30 at St. Vincent's. Father Milbauer. Attended "Oshkosh Civic Symphony" tonite. Doris Heisler is the High School Student chosen to be soloist. She sings very well, is a bit nervous. Agnes Hazen is taken sick last night at a dinner at Little Chute. Art took her to Mercy Hosp." [from A. E. Potter's diaries]
